Reef, the global surf lifestyle leader, is pleased to announce VF veteran, Fabio Marangoni, has joined the brand as General Manager of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Marangoni will report to Reef president, Jeff Moore, and will be leading the EMEA product, sales and marketing strategy to help drive brand growth globally.

Marangoni has built an impressive resume of work in the action sports, outdoor and lifestyle industries. His recent experience includes the role of Area Manager of Emerging Markets and Distributors for Vans EMEA. Previous to Vans, he was sales director at Alpinestars EMEA, where he oversaw all brand sales for over four years. Marangoni held the role of Trade Area Manager for Diesel East Europe and Russia. Marangoni has also developed product, sales and marketing experience at The North Face, Intersport, and Nordica.
