Now, under new ownership by Catalyst Creative Group, Ezekiel is entering a bold new era—what we call The Resurrection.

We’re reinvigorating the brand from the ground up. Our new product assortment is trend-right, commercially compelling, and aligned with what will lead the market tomorrow. We’re enhancing the brand’s DNA and marketing while staying true to its roots. With strong retail relationships, full in-house creative and sourcing teams, and a robust backend infrastructure based in Irvine, CA, we’re positioned for serious growth—and we’re looking for a proven sales leader to help drive it.

The Role

We’re seeking a National Sales Manager to oversee all sales-related aspects of the Ezekiel apparel business. You’ll build and manage our national network of independent sales reps, drive direct relationships with key accounts, work with our creative teams, and help shape and execute our growth strategy alongside the SVP of Sales.

You should be a product-centric, relationship-driven closer who knows the lifestyle market, understands how to grow a brand at retail, and has a deep network of buyer connections. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who wants to help scale a legacy brand with fresh energy behind it.

The National Sales Manager will report to the SVP of Sales, Catalyst Creative Group.

We offer a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal and annual sales plans aligned with brand and revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a national team of independent sales reps
  • Build strong relationships with key national and independent retail accounts
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to open new doors and grow market share
  • Travel to key markets to ensure brand and sales strategy execution
  • Present and sell product assortments to buyers across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on trade shows, activations, and key events
  • Provide sales reporting, forecasting, and performance insights to leadership
  • Share real-time market feedback to influence product and brand direction

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience in men’s lifestyle, outdoor, or action sports apparel
  • 3+ years in a sales management or national account leadership role
  • Deep network of relationships with retailers, buyers, and key industry players
  • Proven track record of growing brand sales through both major and specialty channels
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and forecasting skills
  • Passion for brand building, merchandising, and the California lifestyle space
  • Experience with Full Circle, Excel, and other sales tools
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
