Anderson, 22, captured her first ESPY for “Best Female Action Sport” athlete in 2012 following her dominating season in which she finished on the podium in eight of 10 events, including gold medals at X Games and X Games Europe as well as every stop on the 2012 Burton Global Open Series. She is a three-time World Tour Champion, six-time X Games medalist, 2011 Dew Tour champion, and was named both TransWorld and Snowboarder Magazine’s “2009 Female Rider of the Year.” Anderson surpassed Shaun White to become the youngest winner in X Games history in 2006 and became the youngest female slopestyle gold medalist in 2007.

Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, NV, Anderson first learned to ride at the age of nine before joining the Sierra at Tahoe team shortly thereafter. One of eight siblings, she is health conscious and environmentally aware athlete who supports sustainable living. Anderson has collaborated with her clothing sponsor, Billabong, to create the Jamie Anderson Signature Series that includes eco-friendly products.
