PacSun is losing another key executive as it works to emerge from bankruptcy with new owners.

The company said today that General Counsel and SVP of Human Resources Craig Gosselin has resigned, and will depart the company to pursue another opportunity at the end of June. He was a long time associate of CEO Gary Schoenfeld.

A string of executives have left the troubled company this year.

Most recently, CFO Chris Tedford resigned a few weeks after the company filed for bankruptcy.  He was replaced by Ernie Sibal. Having the General Counsel, who has testified in the bankruptcy case, also leave in the midst of the bankruptcy must be challenging.

In court filings, PacSun had previously said it had lost several key employees this year including: 17 headquarters employees, including a VP of Inventory Management and a Senior Director of Marketing; 10 field employee, including a Regional Director in charge of 150 stores; and seven distribution center employees.
