Arcade Belts is excited to announce the addition of Gretchen Kielas and Joe Lampke to the growing Arcade family. Gretchen is joining the team as Creative Director and Joe has joined as Director of Product Development & Global Sourcing.
Gretchen Kielas
Gretchen’s 20+ years of experience in retail, visual merchandising, buying and operations mixed with her artistic design background will offer Arcade a new creative approach to building our product lines. Gretchen has a stronghold on a variety of segments including, fashion, outdoors, snow sports, home decor and parlays her Fine Arts degree into an artful approach to product creation. Kielas will be taking lead on creative direction from inception to production of the Arcade Belts line.

Joe Lampke
Joe Lampke is a seasoned professional with vast experience in retail and wholesale purchasing, product development, and global sourcing. Joe has worked for many best in class retailers and manufacturers including The May Company, Barney’s New York, Beretta USA, Sig Sauer, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Maurice Sporting Goods, C.C. Filson, Harley-Davidson, and Gander Outdoors.
“After meeting Tristan, and being able to witness his leadership qualities and entrepreneurial vigor first hand, I knew that I wanted to become a member of the Arcade Family,” says Joe. “The potential for Arcade is great. What started as a niche business has now evolved into one which touches many different lifestyles. I am excited to bring my talents in product development and sourcing to the team and use them to continue to grow out and impact the Arcade business.”
