HUF proudly presents the Summer 2019 collection, a progressive apparel and footwear collection pulling inspiration from retro skate culture and semi-tropic, desert landscapes.
Nostalgic floral motifs such as the ‘Venice’ print are inspired by vintage ephemera that once promoted Southern California as the ‘garden of the world,’ while thematic graphic stories capture a grittier Venice Beach riffing off street-level graffiti, airbrushed memorabilia, and sticker collage. Dreamy hues and tie-dye washes meet bold and vibrant color-blocking throughout.
To commemorate the release, a lookbook shot by Asato Iida captures the HUF Dirtbag Crew on a summer escape to old town Las Vegas where the desert oasis meets abandoned motels, seedy strip clubs, run-down cocktail lounges, pawn shops and penny slots.
The Summer 2019 collection retails from $12 to $120 and drops May 16th at HUF’s flagship stores,online shop, and at finer retailers worldwide.
