Roark kicked off #couchsidechats during the COVID lockdown in an effort to provide weekly storytelling and content with its ambassadors and close friends of the brand at the ground level.
This Wednesday, they are bringing Roark ambassador, Ivah Wilmot, back for a new episode along with his dad, Billy Wilmot.
“We believe that continued dialogue and perspective on 21st century racism clears a path to understanding and the pro-active fight to end it,” Roark CEO Ryan Hitzel said. “We will talk to Ivah and his father Billy ‘Mystic’ Wilmot about equal rights and justice for Black people globally. As Rastafarians, their perspective is unique and prolific – shaped by positivity, strength, faith, communication and creativity.”
