As seasons change we were inspired by the climates of sister islands Taiwan and Hawai’i. Both a place that a majority of our team lives in. Some say that Hawaiians over time have traveled through out the pacific starting in Taiwan and ending up in Hawaii over centuries of open ocean adventure sparking that kindred connection. This line is inspired by the idea of travel and adventure, our core brand ethos of spending time in the ocean surfing and what we do in between waves. Our look book for this season was shot in both regions bringing our global team together and that very connection to life.
With the warmer weather, longer summers and increased global temperatures we’ve developed a proprietary fabric called Aquaterra which is made from reclaimed plastics, anti cling, anti rash , microbial, moisture wicking , UV guard but ultimately its made to keep you cooler than other traditional fabrics in this age of climate change we live in.
This seasons colors and textures, the deep blues and whites are a taste from deep ocean colors and the whites of clouds that flow above the ocean all facing the land where the deep burnt oranges and greens are meshed into the seasons color story onto the hats, tees, button ups, bottoms and what were especially known for our technical board shorts.
