We are now accepting applications for the 2019 OIA Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy through September 15.

This year, OIA will accept 36 ambitious, rising leaders in the outdoor industry who meet the following requirements:

• In a Director-level position or below
• Minimum of three years of experience in some sector of the outdoor industry
• Has leadership potential, strategic thinking skills and a commitment to our industry
• Currently employed at an OIA member company
