It has been a busy fall at D.A. Davidson & Co. investment banking and as we transition into winter we wanted to send along a few updates.
We recently announced the sale of McNett to Coghlan’s and of NATHAN Sports to United Sports Brands.
We also welcomed Brien Rowe as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Active Lifestyle Group, leading our efforts in the Costa Mesa office. Brien brings over 25 years of investment banking experience working with consumer brands and is an avid water-sports, snow-sports and outdoor enthusiast.
Mike Smith will continue to Co-Head the Active Lifestyle Group with Brien and just completed his 10th year at the firm. Jason Lippenberger was recently promoted to Vice President.
